Terrible expérience

After buying the gift card, and going to the shop to offer the scent, I was refused to use it in the shop, which is not written when purchased. Then I tried to purchase the chosen perfume on the internet, but the code did not work. I had to contact the customer service by email because of course there is no contact phone number. When I finally could purchase the item, I had a notification saying that the perfume we chose was out of stock for the online shop. I had to call myself the shop to know if they had the article, ask the customer service to transform the online gift card in a shop gift card, and buy it physically. When I expressed my discontentment, i was « offered » a perfume sample… for the next order. So this is to say nothing for all the discomfort and time spent to correct the terrible customer service for a brand that is positioned in the high-end market, it is outrageous. I will never benefit from this « offered » sample as you can guess.

However, we are pleased to inform you that we have found a solution and have successfully transformed your online gift card into a shop gift card. We have also made sure that the chosen perfume is now available in our physical store. We have followed up with our customer service team to ensure that all our processes are clearly stated to avoid any confusion in the future.

The offered sample is a 1.5ml sample to allow web orders' clients to try the perfume first, but it's not needed physically as you had the occasion to try the perfume. If you still wish to receive this sample, you are more than welcome to ask for it in the boutique or I can send it to you.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your feedback. We hope that you will give us another chance to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience.
